I spent 11 years in your Operating Rooms, billing hospitals for Orthopedic Trauma implants. During that time, I submitted more than 15,000 Bill Onlys and saw firsthand how easily hospitals can lose margin when there isn’t a system in place to review trauma spend.
I started Trauma Spend Consulting to give hospitals that layer of protection—helping them identify unnecessary spend and protect the margins on Orthopedic Trauma procedures.
